Product Description
Sintered Magnesium Aluminate Spinel
Sintered magnesium aluminate spinel is made by using imported industrial alumina and high purity caustic magnesia as starting materials, through multi-stage homogenization process, and sintered at ultra high temperature in shaft kiln. The product has characters of high bulk destiny, high level of spinel phase, well developed crystal, uniform microstructure and consistent properties.
As ideal raw material for refractory products as bricks and castables for ladle lining, cement rotary kiln and glass furnace, they contribute to good resistance to slag attack, spalling, and thermal shock. There are varieties if JMA-50, JMA-66, JMA-78 and JMA-90 available according to their alumina content.
